Great care is taken in the production process to ensure that every item has lasting quality. We use beechwood that is carefully selected and milled in our own extensive production facility.The timber is kiln-dried to prevent warping, cracking or shrinking. Precision cutting is controlled by the latest computer technology. Sturdy interlocking joinery and space age adhesives have almost eliminated the need for nails, screws or other metal fasteners. Our own exclusive methods of silk-screen and color printing directly onto finished wood have been developed through years of experience. The highest quality lacquer finishes are used to enhance the natural beauty of the wood. Our products are manufactured with the safety of children in mind, not only in the raw materials, but also in the paints and finishes we use. Craftsmen who inspect every item on the production line monitor each step of the manufacturing process for quality. Finally, special attention is given to packing and transportation to insure safe arrival.
