FAQ - Delivery

1 How will my order be delivered?
Our products are delivered in two ways, either:
  • Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., FedEx, USPS) to your delivery address.
  • Truck Delivery for most furniture and large orders that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits.
Your shipment method is determined after we received and confirmed your order.
2 When will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible. We estimate a minimum of 2-3 days for processing and an additional 3-5 days before your order leaves our warehouse. In case your order is delayed, our customer service department will contact you.

Shipping times may adjust based on the time of year. Once it leaves us, depending on your shipping address, it could take up to 6 days to reach the final destination. 
3 I have an issue with the delivery of my order
Does your order contain the wrong products? Are the goods damaged during delivery? Do the products not live up to your expectations?

5 How do you calculate shipping and handling charges?
For Front Door Shipping, shipping and handling charges are based on 15% of the merchandise total for each delivery address with a minimum charge of $15.00. If available, next day, 2-Day or 3-Day delivery incurs an additional charge.

For Truck Delivery, shipping and handling charges are based on the distance from our warehouse to the shipping address, as well as order total.

For heavier items (e.g. furniture) there may be additional freight charges. Should this be the case our customer service team will contact you.
